Book Your Table Here! Meet Assistant Manager- Grace Hill Grace Hill was born in Southern California and has been a local to the Coachella Valley for the past five years. She has dedicated the past 15 years of her career to the hospitality industry working for Southern California’s premier restaurants and bars. Grace is an active member of the California Association of Realtors and is passionate about art and nature, and the healing effect it has on people. When asked about her involvement with Wildest Restaurant + Bar, she often cites her love of interacting with guests while providing a unique and unforgettable atmosphere for those that’s dine with us. When guests are asked about their experience with Grace, we often hear notes about her unwavering positivity, energy, and attentiveness to the dining experience. Grace echoes the moniker, “Let food be thy medicine”, which perfectly aligns with the values of Wildest Restaurant + Bar, and we are incredibly lucky to feel her impact every day. I spent days working at a winery, nights in the restaurant – exhausted and run down, while Sarah worked full-time too. It was tough, for sure. It’s been a long road to get here—from launching Kosta Browne with everything we had to finally realizing our dream of owning a family winery. Today, our forever home stands in Russian River Valley’s heart, pouring 23 years of hard work into our signature wines, CIRQ and CHEV. Refining every step to delicious detail, we’re also in no hurry—taking time to love, laugh, enjoy life with our three wonderful kids—and, of course, drink great wine. Wildest Restaurant + Bar carries some a Rare Browne Family Wines including a 2010 Magnum Kosta Browne Chardonnay, 2018 Cirq Pinot Noir, 2019 Chev Pinot Noir, and other rare vintages.
