The Palm Springs Air Museum is a non-profit educational institution in Palm Springs, California that exhibits, educates and preserves the role of air power in American history. It has one of the world’s largest collections of flyable WWII aircraft, as well as aircraft from Korea and Vietnam wars. It also displays photos, artifacts, memorabilia and uniforms from different eras of aviation. The museum is open daily from 10 AM to 5 PM, except on Thanksgiving, Christmas and February 18, 2023. The 25th Annual Gala of the Palm Springs Air Museum, which will take place on Saturday, February 18, 2023. The theme of the gala is “Women In Aviation: Quest for Excellence” and it will honor nine women who have made significant contributions to aviation and space exploration. The gala will also feature a celebrity emcee, Joe Mantegna, and a live band, The Elite Show Band. The tickets are $475 per person and sponsor tables are available.
