The mashed potatoes are made with butter, milk, salt and pepper, and are smooth and fluffy. The roasted sweet potatoes are tossed with olive oil, maple syrup, garlic, sage and thyme, and are caramelized and crispy on the outside, and soft and tender on the inside. A classic green bean casserole, made with fresh green beans, button mushrooms, garlic, cream of mushroom soup and fried onions. The casserole is baked until bubbly and golden, and has a creamy and crunchy texture. A homemade cranberry relish, made with fresh cranberries, orange peel, ginger, cloves and sugar. The relish is cooked until the cranberries burst and release their juices, and has a sweet and tangy flavor that compliments the turkey. A warm and fluffy biscuit, made with butter, flour, baking powder, salt and milk. The biscuit is brushed with melted butter and baked until golden and flaky, and is perfect for soaking up the gravy or spreading with cranberry relish. A slice of pumpkin pie, made with pumpkin puree, eggs, sugar, cream, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and cloves. The pie is baked in a flaky pie crust and topped with whipped cream, and has a smooth and spicy flavor that is the perfect end to your meal.
