Being You

So, here’s what came to me.

image1The easiest thing in the world is to be you. The most difficult thing to be is what other people want you to be. Don’t let anyone put you in that position. Stay open to your own truth. When you are you things are real. That’s when you can feel love and really love back. When you find you at the absolute core of your being things will always work out. Your heart will be in the right place. You won’t be playing games anymore and with all the games cleared away, you can finally say, “Here’s me.”

I am not a dead thing. I don’t wake up in the night and sweat with dread. I am alive. I am full of love. Being real is awesome. I intuitively know how to handle situations that used to baffle me. I am unselfish, genuine, respectful, fully trustworthy and compassionate.

The hardest thing in the world is to not be you. A human object is full of fear and trembling. Contrary to your nature you live imitating and copying others. Life is hard when you live counterfeit. You are either on the top controlling and being rewarded or on the bottom submitting and being punished. You are never equal.

Do you remember the child’s book: The Velveteen Rabbit, by Margaret Williams? “Real isn’t how you are made,” said the Skin Horse, “it’s a thing that happens to you. When a child loves you for a long, long time, not just to play with but REALLY loves you, then you become real.”
“Does it hurt?” Asked the Rabbit?
“Sometimes,” said the Skin Horse for he was always truthful. “When you are real you don’t mind being hurt.”

So, if you are ready to do the easiest thing in the world, which is to be you, then come and hear a few Couch talks they will teach you amazing things about being you. They are coming soon and they are free.
